These files should play on a Windows computer just by double clicking them, but you can be far more productive if you load them into a midi editor. Searching on "free midi editor" brings up several possibilities. I have used the free version of Anvil Studio and found it a good program.

Here are some useful things you can do in a midi editor:

Mute everthing but your own part to learn it without distractions.
Highlight a tricky passage and have the machine play it over and over in a loop.
Slow down a tricky passage to make it easier to learn.
Find out how well you really know your part by muting it and singing against the accompaniment and the other voice parts.
